Sanna plays on the Ladies European Tour and the LPGA Tour and represented Finland at the 2020 Olympic Games.
During her amateur career, Sanna represented Finland in multiple European Team Championships and played collegiate golf in the United States at Texas Christian University.
After turning professional in 2014, Sanna played on the LET Access Series where she finished fifth on the Order of Merit in 2016, earning membership on the Ladies European Tour for the 2017 season.
In 2020, Sanna finished 5th on the LET Order of Merit and became the top Finnish golfer in the Women’s World Golf Rankings.
Sanna went to LPGA Tour qualifying school in 2021 and obtained her tour card for the 2022 season.
