The Manchester-based youngster won the prestigious McEvoy Trophy in 2014 and competed in a professional tournament for the first time at the National Bank of Oman Classic on the Challenge Tour.
In 2013, Haydn became the first player to win both Lancashire’s county and boys’ championships in the same season.
In July 2015, Haydn shot 69-67-68 to finish in a share of fourth place at the Wealth Design Invitational at Hawkstone Park GC.

After rounds of 68 and 66, the youngster finished at the top of the leaderboard with a bogey-free round of 67.
In what started as a four-way playoff, the Manchester teenager showed real composure to triumph on the sixth extra hole.
Haydn said: “I knew I needed to play well this week because I was only just inside the top 60 for getting into Tour Championship. That’s what I have done.
“I have only made one bogey all tournament. It is satisfying to know I can do it when I have to.”
