The Cyprus Open, one of the most popular tournaments of recent years, returns to the DP World Tour schedule in 2022.
In 2020, despite the difficulties facing the European Tour in the light of the Covid pandemic, ISM was announced as promoters of two new events on the 2020 Race to Dubai schedule, the Aphrodite Hills Cyprus Open and the Aphrodite Hills Cyprus Showdown.
The two events would be the largest sports events to take place on the island of Cyprus and became the 50th country visited by the European Tour.
The stunning golf course and scenery at Aphrodite Hills drew rave reviews from players and television viewers alike and showcased Cyprus as one the up-and-coming golf destinations in Europe.

A unique trophy made by Her Majesty’s silversmiths, Asprey, was commissioned by ISM and presented to the winner of the inaugural Cyprus Open winner, Callum Shinkwin.
